We have always considered and collected these commercial masks and helmets as industries tribal art. Examples can be elegant in their simplicity or bazaar and complex. They are always unique, suprising and filled with personality.
Original 1800s Articulated Dental Wall Table
These floating dental tables are almost impossible to find and its one of my favorite items. I’ve been hunting them down for over 30 years. A Dentist would pull the wall bracket and table out over the patient. He could then have all his tools at hand during a procedure. Mixing old and new. I use a similar example as a computer laptop table in my office. The adjustable arm is a complex arrangement and is an interesting example of early technology. This table is solid oak with draws and compartments and the top is black glass. The swiveling table is 14″ x 14″. The arm articulates up, down, side to side and slides in and out. 14x14x46″… $2950
