Meco-Sazh 1929 Baldness Cure
This Meco-Sazh is a 1920s era quack medical device that was designed to stimulate hair growth. There is a brass plaque that reads "Meco-Sazh for Hair and Health, Foster Mfg., Ohio". It was believed that vibrating the hair follicles was sure to improve hair growth. When plugged in the four arms would vibrate and slowly move up and down on the head. The four adjustable round discs had removable rubber pads. Also note the beautiful butterscotch Catlin Bakelite handles.
