The condition is that of a well played with toy. Most of the red and black paint is bright and shiny|with rubs on the high spots. The chrome radiator|headlights|rear wheel carrier and decals are all there. One of the rear wheels is missing the hubcap and is loose. the clockwork motor is not working.
