Offered here is a tested and working Electro-Voice V-1 desk microphone—a high-impedance (Hi-Z) ribbon model from the late 1930s or early ’40s, featuring classic deco styling, a chrome neck, and the original EV badge still intact. This example passes audio with strong, clear output for a vintage ribbon mic and is suitable for studio use, vintage rigs, or display. The push-to-talk switch works smoothly, and the attached cable functions properly. Chrome shows light patina and typical age, but the mic displays beautifully.
