Calligraphy Portrait of Napoleon
This is an original folk art calligraphy drawing that depicts Napoleon on horseback.. This drawing is on paper that measures 12" by 16" and is all done in ink. This is a unique and primitive work that is well over 150 years old. It has been rolled up for many years and doesn't look like it was ever framed. There are a few rough edges and some discoloration here and there from light exposure. Unless there is a signature hidden in the calligraphy, it is not signed. At the bottom it reads "Bonaparte Professing The _______" (can't make out the last word)... $400
