“Allie Maillard” Hat Conformatore
This is a wonderful example of turn-of-the-century inventiveness. It was made in Paris by "Allie Maillard” and signed. Each of these complex machines were hand made in ebony, brass, copper and Mother-of Pearl. It can copy the shape of a head as well a transfer that shape to a paper inside the top lid. This is one of the objects from the Radio Guy collection that inspired the Dennis Manarchy's Award winning series and book "METAL"
