US Army Radio Receiver Type BC-131

This rare U.S. Army Signal Corps BC-131 Radio Receiver, manufactured in 1926 by the National Electrical Supply Co. of Washington, D.C., covers 40–1000 kilocycles and features dual tuning condensers, adjustable inductance and coupling, and a built-in ammeter for filament current. The original Signal Corps data plate is intact, marked with Serial No. 21 and Order No. 655-NY-26. Housed in a wooden case with original Army green paint and crisp panel graphics, this set displays beautifully and makes a fantastic addition to any collection of early military or communications gear.
