Early Terracotta Bust of Young Boy
An enchanting antique bust statue of a young boy dating from the early 1900s. I am guessing on the date but it may be much earlier. The figure has been cast from terracotta and features hand-painted accents. It depicts a small child wearing a cap and robe on pedestal. His face has been hand painted with a charming expression. The paint shows its history and has the right look. There are no maker’s marks or stamps. Inside you will find a hand painted catalog number that may indicate it was at one time from a large or museum collection… 5x9x12″… $1200
