This E. & HT. Anthony Bellows camera features the distinctive Anthony lens with the conical shape. It is usually advertised as the Single Combination Lens, although it is obviously a single achromat and what the combination aspect of it could be is a mystery. It is typical of a single achromat in that it has a the full diameter of the objective is not useful for photography, and therefore a small stop or aperture is required to limit the off-axis rays from contributing to the image. The cone tapers from the large diameter achromat to that small aperture. Smaller apertures may be rotated into the lens with a wheel of stops.
The camera includes an original wood tripod
