Restored and Working Coin Operated Mutoscope
The Mutoscope was an early motion picture device|patented by Herman Casler on November 21|1894. Like Thomas Edison's Kinetoscope it did not project on a screen|and provided viewing to only one person at a time. This coin operated arcade example was produced in the early 20th century. Many different reels were made for this machine. It comes with one reel... "Man with a Whip". Part of the joy in owning one of these machines is building a collection of different reels. 75 in.Hx18 in.Wx18 in.D $4,800
