WWII Dog Gas Mask
I have been collecting oddities like this for as long as I can remember. This is one of those sculptural Industrial objects that displays as art. I have always considered these early leather masks industries tribal art. Simply said… these animal masks are very rare. I found one 20 years ago and it took that long to find another example. These War Dog masks have an incredible story behind them. The condition of this one is exceptional and is a worthy example for a museum.
