Antique French graphoscope souvenir from Paris, made circa 1900 and in amazing condition. This is quite a special piece, composed of three solid-wooden parts with a fine ebony-like finish and original carved decoration. The graphoscope comes with over 100 stereoscopic photographs, also original from the time and showing different black and white stereo images. The device has two functions: the big-sized top magnifier is designed to view postcards and photographs, while the small-sized bottom lenses make it possible to watch stereoscopic images such as the ones which come with the graphoscope. The inner photo holder can be adjusted in length so the user can get a perfect focus when using the device as a stereoscope. The graphoscope is composed of three wooden parts: a bottom box which acts as a base, a central tray with the photo holder and the lid, which mounts the lenses and the eyepieces. The three parts are connected by hinges; at the base there is a black-painted wooden piece which supports the device when in use. At the lid, the lenses mount black-lacquered metal eyepieces; the surface is decorated with small carved flowers and details. Graphoscopes were particularly popular items between the 19th and the 20th centuries... $650 for all

This is the largest Wheel of Fortune H.C. Evans & Co ever made and the most sought after. These decorative wheels were hand made and top of the line. This example has the original paint and a nice aged patina. You'll also find perfect decorative mirror inserts with added red graphics. In addition all 50 pins are original and straight. This example has the 3 cast iron legs and the hard to find geared spinner number counter. The condition is amazing with the factory made leather flapper still in place on top. It looks and works beautifully. It stands 86 inches tall with a 60 inch diameter wheel. The 9 large reverse painted race horse motif glass panels are why they all want this impressive wheel... 88"x60"x24"... $7600

Ron's art work has a unique style and is vary rare to come across. The Bear Rider is one of his largest and important constructions. He has an extensive show resume starting in 1963. His work has been published in numerous books, articles and the list of glowing reviews is endless. "The inspiration behind the work only adds to its intrigue. I began making these figures a number of years ago, they came to me in a dream. There was a door and when it opened there was a tremendous bright light and these figures were lined up behind it. "I knew it was a professional risk to put out such strong, strange work, but I knew I had to create them."... Ron Pippin.

I was drawn to Ron's art for many years. As a collector and artist myself his work feels right at home with my own aesthetic.... Steve Erenberg (Radio-Guy)
